Ordered over the bank holiday weekend and arrived in line with Parcelforce 48 delivery promise. Received 3 emails, one to confirm order, one to confirm picking and one to confirm shipping. Items arrived in a big box with plenty of packing around it, so no issues re damage. Haven't had to contact them, so one delighted customer.	Overall Rating

I had checked the info re: delivery, which indicates that spending £50 plus entitles you to free delivery. I was notified of £21.75 shipping costs only when the order was confirmed and the funds accepted. Would appreciate you organising a credit for £21.75. Other than this, the site is excellent and easy to navigate. This problem though is quite a serious one as nearly 50% was added to the total cost of my order.	Overall Rating
