Great camera price and even better bundle deals - "extras" saved a further ?20 Model advertised was NOT available, but substitute colour sent on request. Website availability/dates were out of date |

I haven't yet received this shipment as although listed as in stock, in fact I was told it was out of stock and would be a few more days. This deadline passed and I was told it would be with me at the end of the week. I now see it has been shipped - but not yet delivered. Or possibly it has, but to the interim address I gave them for the week I was on holiday. I still haven't had this item! |

as i am a new customer it was a surprice that they have to confirm my details thru phone which is very good . I receive the Camera EOS 50D brand new and in working order and looking forward to take pictures in a different level.They have the best Price and customer Service PRIMA it would be much bigger bonus if the postage where free of charge but anyway im looking forward to get a flash unit well u can guest who am i gonna BUY it letter starting with C ending with X ..Thanks Camerabox ATB!!! |

I purchased a Samsung WP10 waterproof camera and have recently used the camera underwater on holiday and the camera leaked therefore corroding the memory card so it is now unusable. I returned the camera to Camerabox and they carried out ‘tests’ and said the camera was fine. They accused us of storing the memory card in a pocket so therefore that’s why is was corroded. They sent the camera back to us. When I spoke to the customer service manager at Camerabox he was very rude and his customer service was unacceptable as he hung up on me! I am now trying to get a refund for the faulty camera as I have got legal advice. DO NOT purchase from Camerbox as they have no after sales service and they are only after your money!!! |

JUST ORDERED WITH PROMISED DELIVERY NEXT DAY, LETS SEE! Delivery was indeed as stated 'Next Day'. No official Nikon user manual, just a photocopied one and no Nikon warranty card which points to this being a 'Grey Import'. Hopefully I will not need to return it for any repairs as I have read many negative reviews about this seller. My experience so far is good, read up on them and decide for yourself if you want to do business with them. |

Had some trouble with 'time Out' issues which seemed to which caused rejection of my card. The Online Tracking did not show there was any problem; It stated that my order had beeg received and was being processed. After a couple of phone calls to your customer helpdesk it was updated. Then I felt confident enough to reorder. One thing that did worry me was the 'on-ine tracking system'. This seemed to duplicate orders making you think you ordered twice. As my order was over £1000 pounds it was rather worrying. When I telephoned to query it I got the impression that it was a known situaton,and not to worry, which didn't help. Everything was OK as it turned out, but still !!! |

(Edited August 15th by edwardMalta) the worst deal ever done. We bought a TZ10 and underwater housing from Live stock. Sent several mail with no replies, phoned camerabox and always trying to take a week for having them in stock. After the 1st money problem they told us that there was not the wanted color so we accepted a different one, another week passed and did nt received it. Phoned again and told us that better to cancel it cos still do not have them in stock and "MAYBE IT TAKES OTHER WEEK". So they canceled it from their side and still waiting for the refund. Then had an email saying that it needed 2-5 working days for the refund but till now nothing. This was canceled by camerabox side on the 3rd August 10. Now just phoned and told us that this can take even 30 days. Opened a claim with PAYPAL but looks that does not help a lot. I have to continue this issue with the police. Hope this does not happen to others. never recommend this merchant. Please read review before you commit your money. nb: Just got refun |
