The website is really easy to use and when I rang customer services to check on something first, they answered the call straight away. My TV was delivered at 11.40am on the specified day. I sent an e-mail requesting acknowledgement of order and date items would be delivered but never received a reply. The tv was delivered on time but the picture quality wasn't up to expectation. I called to change to a smaller tv and was told there would be a £15 pickup and a £78 re-stock fee. They didn't tell me that before buying the tv??	Overall Rating
