I was told that I needed to order on line prior to 3pm to receive a next day delivery. I was ecstatic as most other retailers told me my soonest delivery date was 5-7 days. I am very happy so far......ask me again on saturday as I should receive my tv on Friday 21st. We'll see.	Overall Rating

It's rare to find a supplier that doesn't charge a premium to deliver to the Isle of Man and this is the main reason I chose to purchase from Beyond Television - although their prompt response to my e-mail regarding shipping costs was also a factor. On the day it was to be delivered I had to take a day off work to sit and wait all day. By 5pm it was still not delivered and I was promised it was on the way and would be there by 6pm. I was told again at 6pm that it will DEFINATELY be delivered before 7pm. By 8pm, it was not delivered and the guy from Beyond TV told me it's not being delivered and I'd have to take another day off work to wait tomorrow. This was completely unsatisfactory, but he told me there was nothing he could do. It was then, totally up to me to contact their courier company, and I arrange for the TV to be delivered myself at 1030pm that night. I tried to contact the Beyond TV for three days on the phone and left messages with no response. I eventually got an email saying they will refund the delivery, and even this promise has never been lived up to. Poor. BEWARE BEYOND television. Retailer Response (01/03/09): As the supplier of the television I feel we need to reply to this review as we feel it somewhat unfair and misleading. The television was delivered on the day specified if somewhat later than would normally be the case. We aplogise for the lateness of the delivery on that day. We feel the low prices we offer and the fact that we allow customers to specify the day they require for delivery is an excellent service. A review of 1 out of 5 for a delivery being 3 hours outside the normal time zone surely is not warranted.	Overall Rating

Not only did we get this TV for such a fantastic price but the service we recieved from Beyond Television is one of the best we've ever come across. Plus we got a free DVD Recorder thrown in for the price too! We've found only a handful of stores that stock this version of the Series 6 Samsung and nowhere could match this price.	Overall Rating

My one telephone call was answered by a human being, who immediately acknowledged that a mistake had been made. Less than 24 hours later, the old TV had been collected and the correct one delivered. What a great service on top of which it was £200 cheaper. As soon as the next batch of Freesat Tvs become available I will be ordering from Beyond Television one for my bedroom.
