I have opted to pay ?20 extra as I wanted the TV asap - I would have saved ?20 if I ordered it yesterday - never mind ?20 is very reasonable & I've still got a true HD TV for less than Curry's shop are doing the older models. The price for the LG LCD TV was excellent, almost £300 less than some of the major high street stores. Delivered in less than 2 days from placing the order and on the requested day. Placed order for 19" white Samsung television on Sunday afternoon, and it was delivered Tuesday morning before 10 am. Television is now set up and working perfectly - what more could you want! The team were very pro-active in getting this sorted out and arranged for a convenient replacement delivery time, very friendly, very positive. I purchased a home cinema system from them and it went wrong 6 weeks later. Beyond tv then proceeded to tell me to deal with the manufacturer and point blank refused to handle my problem. When I mentioned the Sale of Goods Act they took no notice at all, i spoke to 2 so called managers who were totally unprofessional in that they did not return calls when promised and also refused to deal with the fault. emailing them is as bad as trying to speak on the phone to them & don`t even think about trying to talk to the owner of the business - they wont even give you their name !. All I can say is DONT BUY FROM THEM ! you will regret it as I do if something goes wrong.	Overall Rating
