Was very difficult to get in touch with them, always on voice mail. They eventually replied to my email, I sent pictures of the bed and we arranged for a new delivery few days later. The very day having not received anything at 4pm I decided to call them just to be told that they were sorry but the manager didn't want to replace the whole bed because, according to him, only the headboard was damaged!!!! I had to unpack the bed (which I had packed for the collection) and take more pictures for the manager to see which parts of the bed had marks & dents. They then aggreed for a replacement and guess what? on the delivery day nobody turned up! To summarise, I had lost 3 days waiting for delivery that either brought a damaged item or didn't take place at all! I was so furious, I asked them to refund my card and to collect the bed That time they came on the arranged day. I had my refund.	Overall Rating

Nor was it on the van for the day after. I ordered a next-day bed because, guess what, I needed it immediately. Who know's if it'll turn up tomorrow. Bedworld didn't respond to messages left on voicemail, nor followup email. Very very poor customer service. In a recession, companies should try to perform better to stand out from the crowd and get business. Bedworld have been one of the worst companies I have dealt with in a long time.	Overall Rating

Order took six weeks to be delivered with no attempt by the company to contact me and reassure me that everything was OK or to explain the delay.
