(Edited February 14th by fjmedina) Concerning the former review sent by me on this Company: I found a telephone number (not in the web page) and I could talk (in Spanish) with a representative. The problem was solved with TOTAL SATISFACTION, including the refund of the amount paid. |

Absolute scammers; on 7th February I bought what was advertised as a genuine Sony DSLR battery but when I came to fit it, the camera display rejected it as invalid. I asked for a refund or exchange 4 times via email and via their call logging system and they have ignored every contact. THEY MISREPRESENT THEIR GOODS AND CHEAT CUSTOMERS; COMPLETELY TO BE AVOIDED. Retailer Response (18/04/07): Dear Customer, I are sorry that we have not been able to resolve your issue in a timely manner. The most likely cause for apparent lack of responsiveness is anti-spam software blocking email communications. I would like you to know that we have recently installed a trouble ticket system to avoid this situation from happening in the future. As per our terms and conditions, you are entitled to a full refund within the first 30 days of your purchase (which we will extend in this case), and our batteries are covered by a 1 year warranty. Please open a support ticket (http://www.BatteriesEurope.com/support/index.php) to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Once again, I apologise for the inconvenience caused. |
