Market traders CANNOT cancel orders. There must have been a problem with your payment. You should have contacted either Amazon or the seller to find out why the transaction could not be completed. I ordered recently and the kit was dispatched the same day and arrived the next working day! Very pleased with the service and the product. |

"Approved" Sellers (term I'd use very loosely) can cancel order(s) & not even send the buyer an e-mail!!! What's that about??? Do not trust Amazon Market Place as it's not reglated properly in my experience. |
