They confirmed that they had booked a collection date on 3 different occassions which never happened. After speaking to a supervisor who promised a like for like swap when the courier made the collection. When the Tv got collected on 24th Jan 09 no replacement TV got delivered. So 22 days after reporting a fault we still dont have a replacement. It is too difficult to get to speak anyone. They are full of promises and never deliver. We have now passed this onto Trading standards	Overall Rating

By Fri they had taken the money and the product was "awaiting dispatch". And then it went all wrong. It has sat there since Fri am "awaiting dispatch". They shut down totally over the weekend and you can talk to no one. Called on Mon when the telephone lines open at 10 (then shut at 4) and arranged for delivery today - Thur. Well, it is still sitting there "awaiting dispatch". So... as soon as 10am arrives I am going to ask for a total refund (including the ££ they add for using a credit card). I bet that will take weeks as well. DONT USE THEM	Overall Rating

Problem also given to company by phone and email. 14th Nov: I Called 1st Audio, to be told they were still waiting return of TV from courier 17th Nov: Called again and told same thing ("not back from couriers"). 17th Nov: Called courier myself and they said delivered back to 1st Audio 4 days ago. I called 1st Audio back and asked them for an immediate refund, as do not appreciate lies. Refused to do this so I contacted my credit card co to put the transaction into dispute. 27th Nov: Still no word or refund from 1st Audio. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY!	Overall Rating

Having called through an order yesterday (Friday evening) in a bit of distress after being let down at another retailer I have just taken receipt of my Smasung TV at 9.30am Saturday morning (though there was a charge for the saturday delivery).
